Mike Tyson, Jake Paul

Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul

Why is it happening, and who will win?

Netflix and Punch

What Happened: What happens when one of the greatest boxers of all-time squares off against a, uh, non-boxer? Friends, if you have Netflix, you can find out.

Ring legend Mike Tyson (58 years old) will take on YouTuber Jake Paul (27) tonight in a fight that is equal parts intriguing for how it will go down and confusing as to why it’s even happening.

Why It Matters: Somehow, Paul has been installed as the favorite in this bout at -200. While his record of 10-1 seems impressive on its face, the list of his opponents should quickly extinguish any excitement.

But the public is eating it up! Over on Polymarket, Paul has a 64% chance to win based on where bettors are placing their wagers. Gotta be honest, this feels like the younger generation picking the guy they know and like without ever having done a “Mike Tyson knockout” search on YouTube.

We aren’t expecting to see vintage Iron Mike here. But the power his punches pack is still there, and if Paul ventures too close just once, he’ll be shown the canvas quickly.

Give us the guy already in the International Boxing Hall of Fame. Throw away money on the former Disney Channel star if you want.

What We’re Watching Today

Terrible Towels

Ravens at Steelers (1:00 PM ET Sunday) – First place in the AFC North is on the line here. Lamar Jackson has struggled throughout his career against Pittsburgh; can he keep his MVP-worthy campaign on track against the team that’s stymied him the most throughout his career?

Seahawks at 49ers (4:05 PM ET Sunday) – The Niners have already lost two of three in the division this season, and cannot afford to fall two games behind Arizona in the win column. Christian McCaffrey got 19 touches in his season debut last week; expect that number to tick up on Sunday.

Chiefs at Bills (4:25 PM ET Sunday) – It’s not a stretch to fancy the Bills over the defending champs. While Kansas City’s record is flawless at 9-0, it’s been tight wins nearly every week, which doesn’t feel all that sustainable. Buffalo has a far superior point differential (+97 to KC’s +58) but will always be the little brother here until it can get over the hump in a meaningful game. Taking down the NFL’s only undefeated team would be a start.

The Look Ahead

The Full Card Sweep team is headed into the weekend on a high note! If you wanna share that feeling with us, hit the link at the bottom and join us for more of this:

🧹 Another SWEEP of Thursday Night Football! The Eagles covered in front of their home crowd as the favorite. We were also all-in on Jalen Hurts, whose 43-yard connection to Saquon Barkley and 4th quarter plunge into the end zone meant a 3-for-3 night again for FCS.

👤 If player props are more your thing, we cashed an Underdog Fantasy play by pairing a Saquon Barkley Rush + Rec TD (he had two in 20 seconds for good measure) and Zach Ertz for HIGHER 3.5 receptions (he pulled down six.) Sides, player props, Underdog-specific…we’re doing it all over here and it’s all working!

If you want in, find a plan below and join the team!
